The awards ceremony took place on November 28 at the National Convention Centre in Dublin. The KPMG Irish Independent Property Industry Excellence Awards a night for showcasing excellence in the Irish property sector. The awards this year were presented in different categories including the, Community Benefit Award, Regional Excellence Award, Design Project of the Year, Commercial Agency Award, Property Investment Fund Manager Award, PropTech Innovation Award, Excellence in Planning Award for both private and public sectors, Contractor Award, Energy Efficiency Award, and Facilities Management Project Award.
