This week, host Carol Tallon chats to Niall Morrissey, CEO of the Housing Infrastructure Services Company (HISCo) about how the company is unlocking land for residential development by delivering key infrastructure throughout the country.
HISCo is involved in the delivery of the Drogheda Port Access Northern Cross Route, (the Taoiseach and Minister Darargh O’Brien turned the sod last month), which is initially facilitating the delivery of 1,300 homes and when the road is completed, up to 5,000 homes, in the northern environs of Drogheda.
