  • Who benefits from the new anti-eviction legislation? – The laws were introduced in haste on March 27 due to the pandemic, but their scope and effect are very much open to interpretation











  • As Henderson Park navigates tax and a pandemic, Green Reit founders begin corporate move to access spoils of €1.34bn sale

    Its acquisition of Green Reit left UK fund with a tax bill, while the pandemic has hit plans to sell assets. Green’s founders, meanwhile, are preparing structures to access their cash.



  • Appointments as Ordinary Members to the Valuation Tribunal – The Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates who are willing to engage fully with the work of the Tribunal.
