While Irish auctioneers have not been as quick to embrace virtual reality viewings as many house-hunters might have expected, one Irish property firm has gone a step beyond.
Second generation Estate Agency, Kinsella Estates, based in Wicklow and Wexford, only started using early-version virtual tours in 2016 and Managing Director, Michael Kinsella sees this next step into HD as a natural progression.
“When we started offered virtual property viewings last year, the response from buyers was amazing but more importantly, we quickly discovered that this was a great tool to attract the right buyers. For our rural sellers, this is the key to speeding up transaction times.”
As technology is this area is improving rapidly, Kinsella Estates have now partnered with one of Ireland’s leading PropTech companies, 3DtoSell.com to take their virtual viewings of their latest development, Gleann an Ghairdin in Gorey, to the next level.
This 3D tour, with ‘doll house’ overview in HD and immersive foorplans can be viewed on any device or through a VR headset: http://www.gleannanghairdin.
Gleann an Ghairdin, A-rated homes are located on the Dublin side of Gorey, 45 minutes drive from Dundrum/M50 and the showhouse will be open this Saturday, 1st April from 12.00-3pm.
